Customer Review: Okay to start off I don’t write reviews generally. BUT this helmet is fantastic! I’ve had 7 concussions (yes you read that number right- I played a lot of high contact sports growing up). So I take head protection in any form SUPER seriously (Take care of your head people, you only get one!) So I got this helmet in hopes to upgrade from my old beat up skateboarding helmet that has outlived its use & will now be retired. I love that this helmet comes in multiple matte colors so there is something for everyone (safety can be fun and fashionable!). Ordering and shipping was a breeze & it came quickly, despite the pandemic shipping issues I have had in other orders. When I received it, it was well packaged in a protective cardboard box and wrapped in plastic to make sure it was clean and not damaged in the mail. Upon opening, I was super excited to see that it actually matched the pictures and the color was a perfect match! It’s very lightweight while still feeling like it’s extremely sturdy and would protect me in case of an accident. The helmet shell itself is a hard plastic that has vents in the front,back and top that allow breathability while not compromising protection. I live in the desert so that’s good news for really hot days. The shell also has a small visor like lip which I liked as well. I feel like if you fall forward it would give you an extra little bit of protection for your face, and perhaps block the sun a little. The inner portion of the helmet is my favorite part! The foam casing inside the shell is nice and thick to help with any blows to the head and would definitely help impacts even if the outer shell shattered or cracked. And it’s an even thickness on all sides unlike some helmets I’ve had in the past. Inside of that is a fantastic pattern of smooth fabric padding that is replaceable & uses a Velcro system. (They give you a second FULL SET of inner foam padding incase you need it, no extra fees!). The helmet is fully adjustable which I LOVE! There is nothing worse than seeing someone with an ill fitted helmet. (Does basically nothing to protect you!). So on the back, bottom half of the inside portion of the helmet there is an adjustment system that allows you to use the soft touch rubber knob to make the helmet fit your head exactly. And for anyone who is worried about having long hair and using this and having it get caught up in it, have no fear I have long thick curly hair and I tested it out in multiple hairstyles and you should be comfortable and all set. And it’s well hidden under the shell of the helmet for the most part so you don’t even see it really unless you’re really looking for it. The straps are another awesome feature that I love. They have good thick soft touch nylon straps that are also adjustable and it comes with a soft fabric strap cover that has Velcro to cover the excess once it’s adjusted for you which also helps with that annoying rubbing and fraying that happens oftentimes with helmet straps over time.(No more weird red lines on your face and neck!) The straps also have a side plastic part where you can adjust the placement of the straps around your ears so you are actually comfortable, and if you have earrings in or your hair down you can avoid them getting snagged as well. The buckle is great strong quality plastic and is actually red which is amazing in case of an emergency so you or someone else can can do a quick release if needed without fumbling looking for it because it blends into the rest of the helmet like most helmets I have seen. The other side of the buckle is black so it still matches nicely so no crazy contrasting colors. They also give you a full size drawstring bag to carry and store the helmet but it has ample room where you could put a water bottle and some pads as well (not sure about a full set but it’s worth a try). Which as a roller skater this is super handy to carry shoes and keys and anything else you need while skating around hands free. Overall I love this helmet and will be recommending this for everyone I know. I even got compliments on it while I was testing it out from some derby girls I know and some other casual skaters while I was out. It also has the bonus of being an almost perfect match for my new skate set up which I love. (Being safe is cute!) It also has a smooth surface as well which is perfect for all my sticker lovers out there & derby folks who want/need to label their gear. Customer Review: Way better than I had expected for the price. You can adjust with a knob in the back in addition to adjusting the strap size. It also comes with extra cushioning pieces. Fit based on the size chart provided was accurate.

My kids agree to wear it more easily than other bike helmets, too. High quality materials. Looks cool. The texture of the outside feels nice.

Customer Review: I was in an accident with my ebike. Launched into street. Broke my wrist and basically messed up my entire left side. ER said if not for helmet I would have had concussion or skull fracture by my injuries. There is not a scratch or suff on this helmet. Paramedics wanted to know about helmet due to its get protection of my head. I highly recommend!!! Also my kids and spent about 2 hours playing with settings in app. This helmet is so cool and you can control from remote or app or set it to auto at start of ride in app.

Customer Review: What a cool idea. I wasn’t really expecting much at this price point, so I was pleasantly surprised. The helmet, even without the screen, is nice. I have a big melon of a head and it still fits well (maybe a little snug). It’s better made than the typical Schwinn stuff you find at the big box stores and it actually looks pretty cool when you wear it. Lots of quality padding inside, which is easily removed for washing. The strap is sturdy and (yay!!!) padded for comfort.As for the screen, it is bigger and brighter than I’d expected, though as others have mentioned, it’s not super-visible in bright daylight. Works great on an overcast day, though. And as far as night use goes, it REALLY makes you more visible to others on the road. The app is easy to understand and programming the graphics is easy. It works flawlessly with the little remote and with the phone app. It’s cool that you can set the helmet for auto mode; the thing automatically signals your left and right turns as soon as you start leaning into the turn. This doesn’t really give drivers much advance notice, but it’s something.Honestly, I can’t think of anything bad to say about this helmet. It looks great in the flat black finish, but I wouldn’t mind if it came in a few colors, too. Not complaining, though. It’s great. Get it before the tariffs kick in and the price shoots up by half.

Customer Review: The media could not be loaded. All e-bike users look no further, this is the helmet for you!! I recently bought this helmet and after using it for about a month, I can definitely say this is a product worth buying. The price might seem steep, but this is one of the only bike helmets out there right now certified for class 3 e-bike speeds of up to 28mph. Regular bike helmets are only good for 15 mph speeds, so you’re basically paying for double the protection with this helmet. You also get added features that most helmets don’t come with, like front and rear lights for visibility at night, a rear tightening mechanism for a more secure fit, a removable visor to keep the sun out your eyes, and a very well made magnetic latch for easy attachment and removal. The bike also has great ventilation which kept me cool and less sweaty during those hotter days.Another great thing about this helmet is how comfortable it is to wear. There’s soft padding on the inside so you don’t feel the hard surface squeezing your head like other helmets. The padding is also removable for washing which is very convenient, especially if you sweat a lot. My favorite thing about the helmet though, and one of the main reasons I bought it, was how light it was. This helmet weighs less than a pound!! When riding with it, I hardly ever feel like I’m even wearing a helmet, which is surprising given how much protection its supposed to offer. If you look at something with similar protection like a motorcycle helmet, those are bulky and can weigh anywhere from 5-8 pounds. When riding with something that heavy on your head, you definitely feel that weight, and it isn’t as comfortable. The look of the helmet is also pretty modern and stylish. It makes me feel more inclined to wear it since it doesn’t make my head look big or goofy whenever I go out.Overall though, this bike helmet is a very good buy. I couldn’t find a single complaint to give. Not only are you paying for solid protection, but you’re also getting a high quality product made from high quality materials. Nothing on this helmet feels cheap or out of place for its price, you’re for sure getting what you payed for and will not regret getting this helmet. There’s also a sale going on right now, so it’s a perfect time to get it if you’re worried about the price.The last thing I’ll touch on though is the customer service and this company as a whole. I’ve genuinely never met a company so dedicated and willing to accommodate its customers like this company has done.When I first got my helmet, it didn’t fit my head quite right so I got into contact with the company and they helped me out tremendously!! The owner of the company, Benjamin, got back to me and offered to replace my helmet free of charge for one of their unreleased X-large versions!! This was honestly very surprising to me and I was super grateful for Bens help. He updated me throughout the whole process and made sure everything was perfect when it arrived, which it was. So if any of you end up having a problem with your helmets or yours ends up getting broken in an accident, make sure to hit up their customer service. Customer Review: My husband had decided that we needed e-bikes. So I started to research the best helmets for an e-bike. I ordered this helmet because it has the NTA8776 rating and it has both a front light and a back light for safety.When my husband received the helmet he was pleasantly surprised by the helmet. He loved the fit, look and he was surprised how light it felt on his head. He said he forgot he even had the helmet on… and that is saying a lot esp. since our bike rides are in the mid morning during the Arizona summer. He has even gotten compliments on his helmet as he was riding around. He tells everyone they should get this helmet and he even tells the local bike shops that they should carry this helmet.He loved his helmet so much, I wanted to get one for myself but my head size is too small for the helmet they currently sell. I reached out to Xnito to find out when they would be releasing the smaller size helmets. The customer service is amazing. These days I have found customer service is seriously lacking with most companies but not this one. They actually care about their customers and encourage feedback. I heard back from someone within a couple hours and they worked hard to get me a smaller size helmet before they are actually available to everyone because I am not that good of a bike rider and I didn’t want to take any chances getting hurt. They kept in contact with me through the whole ordering and receiving of the helmet. They also followed up to make sure everything was good.I have the new small size helmet and it has the magnetic buckle which is pretty cool. It took me a few minutes to figure it out but I’ve got it now. The new helmets also have the type c charging cable. To me this doesn’t really matter, but I know that it important to a lot of people. This is a great helmet. The smaller size helmets will be available soon, I do believe.Now, I haven’t had any accidents to be able to say how it holds up and I hope I never do, but this helmet covers all the important parts of our heads and I do “feel” safer having it on. They also have an accident replacement policy for the helmet if by chance you do get into an accident.Give this helmet a try, I think you will be pleasantly surprised and glad you did.
