Customer Reviews

Customer Review: “I’ve had this scooter for a little over a week, and it’s already exceeding my expectations. It runs smoothly, it’s very quiet, and the combination of size, weight, long‑range battery, and a comfortable seat makes it an excellent fit for my needs. I’ve been disabled for many years and have owned several mobility scooters. I currently have three. One is similar to the Rascal and is my go‑to for indoor use, doctor’s appointments, and shopping. Another is a larger model that I use around the neighborhood and on my lawn. The new Rascal fills the gap perfectly. The Rascal fits in my car, just like my Travel Pro, but the Rascal gets up to 10 miles on a full charge, which is about 4 miles more than the Travel Pro. That extra range makes it ideal for parks, zoos, and any place where I might be out longer. Like most lightweight scooters, neither the Rascal nor the Travel Pro handle thick grass very well, so keep that in mind. I also strongly recommend choosing the 3‑wheel version. The turning radius is much better, and it’s great for navigating tight spaces. I’ve only used 3‑wheel scooters over the years and have never had stability issues. The positive reviews I read before purchasing were spot‑on. My experience so far matches them completely. Buy with confidence and enjoy!”

Customer Review: “It rides perfectly! Battery lasts several hours of sidewalk travel. It folds down easily to fit in a mid size sedan trunk….easy fit in an SUV.”

Customer Reviews

Customer Review: “I am 76 years young, I have used a mobility scooter since 2005. I have used 3 major brands. This time I purchased the brand that I started with 2005. I have an opinion that the heavy 3 wheel Rascal is the best quality scooter I have used. It will give you good service over many years. It turns on a dime. Batteries included are very good. The charger is very efficient and will last for many years. A Rascal is the first cart I had in 2005 and now. It is the best all around scooter of all I have used in the past. I wish I would have stayed with this Brand and this scooter for all the years past. Try it you will like it.”

Customer Review: “After a ton of research online and locally, I decided on this one. I’m very happy with my decision. It’s so amazing to see my Dad be able to get back outside and do some things he’s been unable to do. Pretty easy assembly, well built, and he loves it!”

Customer Reviews

Customer Review: “I just received my new Z51 Shift model rollator/transport chair today and I’m giving my initial impressions. It’s a well-thought-out design for a very useful dual-purpose chair. I researched every similar style dual purpose chair I could find online and this seems to have more great features and sturdier construction than any other I found for the price – the trade off is it’s a bit heavy. I especially like the much sturdier wider, treaded wheels. I can see why most of the reviews are so positive. I made mental notes from a helpful reviewer who said it’s easier to make tight turns if the ‘pusher’ taps one brake: right brake to turn right, left brake to turn left. And I can see why it’s important to keep the swivel wheels turned forward over uneven surfaces, otherwise you could put undo sideways pressure on the wheel yoke and risk it breaking, as some have done. I guess we can’t expect it to steer or push like a grocery cart, with our loved one in it. The weight is more vertical than a cart. And, with those 8” rear wheels, we also can’t expect it to handle like a standard wheelchair either. But most folks will have no trouble at all. I did have one frustrating problem putting it together though. At least at first look, the 2 larger swiveling wheels appear to be interchangeable for either side but they are not. Their plastic fittings into the chair legs have a brass insert on only one side, which I found out must be facing the chair’s inward side so the knob can screw all the way in from the outside. There’s nothing in the instructions for this, which made for very frustrating trial and error. Regarding assembly: As others have mentioned, it would be VERY helpful if they would label the various wheels and handles with stickers, with corresponding stickers on the matching sides of their mated parts: A to A, B to B and so on. But then, you only have to assemble it once, and you’re done. One drawback so far: Be aware that the “cushioned” seat is very hard. So for now, I’m using a cushion on top. The hooking of the foot rests onto the sides is fussy and a hinge arrangement would be nice instead. But some folks might want to use it as a rollator without the footrests with their added weight. All that said, I look forward to a bit more freedom to get around and get out more easily with the help of this wonderful chair and my ‘pushy’ friends. Update 2-1-25: BE AWARE. Took the chair for a 3-hour outing and found some challenges. Yes, as other reviewers have mentioned, it is difficult to push a seated person over even small transitions like from cement onto asphalt. Even more difficult if there’s even a tiny bit of an incline involved. Also, I’m 5’2″ with narrow shoulders and the handles made for a very tight fit and zero wiggle room. Wish the seat back was a bit higher for better support and chair balance.”

Customer Review: “This wheelchair and walker combo is amazing. The assembly was easy but did take my sister to set it up. The gold color very beautiful. The wheelchair and walker combo is very sturdy. Has good brakes and they lock when needed. It just perfect to use and travel with. My mom who is 80 years old love it. Just the arm rest are hard so I do recommend putting a soft armrest when using it. It so compact but you do need to have like a small suv truck for this walker /wheelchair to fit. Or your car trunk should be roomy and have space if is a sedan. Best investment if you have an elderly parent or require a medical equipment for you can be mobile.”
