Customer Reviews
Customer Review: This is a great scooter with great customer service. I actually was going to return it because I thought it was a bit short (14 years old) but my daughter loved it so well learned how to position her feet just right demonstrating that it actually was perfect. She didn’t want to send it back. The color was perfect it was not so pink that it was annoying to her not neon, not faded, just a perfect color to her. My thought was kids grow fast, I should probably send it back, but it’s still going strong. It’s true to color pretty accurate for size and I love the way it hooks up just like in the picture to carry. It steers very well. If your child is on the smaller side of 14 (as mine is) I would say you can still get it…if they are a little taller or their feet are more size 7 and up (adult size shoe) it might be a little bit difficult to utilize. Before I got this, there was a larger boy in a video that really made me feel like the scooter was longer than it actually is; I won’t say that was false advertising because of course it came from a customer so it was real. I think he’s using it in the way that it works for him (even though he might be a little larger than the recommended size & a little older than the recommended age) the same way my daughter is. It’s not that hard for them to learn how to angle it and use it well. I would say typical age range of this would be about 6 to 12; 14–16 if your child is more like under 4 foot 11 has smaller feet as I said above. Overall she loves it. Again about the customer service: I contacted them after I had been in the hospital and it was very near the deadline or just past the return deadline and they were willing to work with me on a return and so I think that’s just excellent customer service. Nowadays people are just like ‘you’re stuck it’s on you’ and that’s not what I got. So great Customer Service that actually turned out not to be needed. Try it out, it’s a good bit of fun, and isn’t it so much better to have kids having a blast outside in the fresh air then sitting down in the house? Enjoy! (^.^)
Customer Review: This review is about 2 things. First, the scooter is great and our daughter loves it. Perfect for her age and size. Second, great customer service! I sent an email to the address on a card they include in the box after my daughter’s kickstand snapped. Was pretty disappointed after only a couple weeks of use. Pleasantly surprised when they got back to me the same day. Not only that, but with a resolution. Sent me a new kickstand assembly (all the way from China i believe) and i received it with 10 days. Easy to swap out. Customer service is not a strong point for most companies these days. Very impressed with theirs.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: I ride this scooter alongside my son (who has his own kid scooter) on trips to the playground, and it’s been awesome. The ride is smooth, it folds up easily, and it’s sturdy enough for an adult while still being fun. It’s become part of our regular family outings. We did have a minor issue at one point, but when we contacted the seller, they responded quickly and took care of it right away. Really impressive customer service. Highly recommend this scooter for any parent who wants to keep up with their kids!
Customer Review: I got this scooter for my 10-year-old son. He got it and installed by himself very quickly and enjoy the ride within a few minutes. The straightforward instructions made it easy to put together. My son likes this scooter because of its ability to glide effortlessly and quietly across concrete surfaces. The large wheels absorb bumps and cracks with ease, providing a smooth and stable ride that my son thoroughly enjoys. Folding up the scooter makes it easy to put in the back of the car or hold it to go up and down the stairs. The efficient hand brakes offer responsive stopping power, so bring a peace of mind knowing my kid can brake safely whenever needed, especial to a kid who does not like wearing the helmet. The Rock-solid kickstand is strong, no wobbling or tipping over, hopefully my son will get used to using it a lot because I can’t stand all the scooters dropped on the grass. The sleek and appealing design has won over my son’s heart. From the color to the ergonomic handlebars, every aspect of the scooter is thoughtfully crafted to appeal to young riders. Bottom line: The Aero Big Wheel Kick Scooter for Kids gets a big thumbs up from both me and my son. It’s been a hit since day one, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon. If you’re in the market for a solid scooter that’ll keep your kid rolling in style, this is the one to get.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: This is a truly great scooter – the best peadal scooter you can buy – by far! Much safer than small wheel scooters that are VERY dangerous to use outdoors. This has pneumatic tires and can be ridden off-road on grass which means it is also great on rough sidewalks. It is also very fast. I am 165 lbs., 5 ft 10 in tall and can ride no problem, it is very sturdy. Kids also love riding it. I don’t understand the complaint about hurting ankles, these are rubber caps that come with it to out on the rear axles to protect you, then you just learn quickly how to pedal without striking the scooter. Brakes work well but must be carefully set up or won’t work. You need to read instructions and know how to adjust brakes or watch a YouTube video. There is no other scooter in the market in this class anymore. This is the kind they had when I was a child, but even better! I’m a mechanical engineer and I seriously approve of the design. If you have a bike, get one of these too for some variety of exercise and fun! Bought to keep up with my daughter when we took off her latest wheels but can still help her over curbs and getting started while on my scooter. Now all the cousins want one too and will get two more for Christmas!
Customer Review: This was a great purchase for my son. Obviously, the manufacturer listened to all of the reviews that complained about the scooter arriving scratched or missing parts. Mine arrived packaged like it was bomb proof. It takes a few minutes to get everything unpacked and ready for assembly. It took me about 30 minutes to get it all together and adjusted. I am very mechanically inclined and have a ton of tools so for me this was nothing, but if you are not as confident you may wish to have someone else assemble it for you. Basically, you put on the handle bars, the wheels, and hook up the brakes and adjust them. The wheels take about 30 seconds each. I had one wheel that had the conventional keeper clips on it, and the other wheel came with plastic keeper bushings. The instructions did not reference this but a little studying and intuition told me that the conventional clips were to be used on the front wheel and the plastic keeper bushings fit into recesses in the rear wheel frame mounting surfaces. Remember that. Adjusting bicycle style brakes can be a real pain but these went pretty good. I suggest squeezing the calipers snug to the rim and taking up as much slack as possible with the cable pinch-bolt that is on the caliper itself first, and then using the adjuster screw at the lever for the final adjustment. My son can stop on a dime now. I am almost 300lbs and I took it for a spin around the cul-de-sac and it worked great. This should last a kid or normal sized adult a lot of years. My son is 6 and he is just big enough to use it. I wouldn’t suggest it for much younger than that. The handle bars adjust up and down about 4 inches or so. Instructions are pretty good and can talk you through most of the assembly. For the price, you cannot get a better machine on the market. Very pleased.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: Exactly as described. Was mostly assembled in box, with little to do to finish. Functions great, folds for easy storage. I bought this for a gift for my 9 year old grandchild. The weight limit is around 300lbs so he will be able to use for many more years. The hand grip is adjustable and can be raised or lowered as needed. I feel like it was worth more than I paid.
Customer Review: Really good, love how big the wheels are… I hate tho it d as not come with a manual regarding folding and unfolding and the handles… it was a little irritating trying to figure it out myself… my son is about 80lb and rides it fine… except the screws in the handle fell out once… but I guess that has to do with the bumby area he was riding on, constantly… but it should have been sturdier regardless… But most importantly I don’t regret my purchase.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: The kiddos love these! Super smooth ride, love the options for the lights, and will absolutely grow with them!
Customer Review: I like the build quality of these scooters (I bought two for my 3 and 5-year-olds). They haven’t learned to balance themselves very well, and they still prefer their 3-wheeled scooters more. The light-up wheels have made them very happy. I don’t know if the lights on one of them already broken or the batteries are dead. I’ll need to check that. If they broke, well… that’s a quality problem. If the battery is dead, I can deal with that. I was able to assemble both of them quickly. The fold-up feature makes them easier to carry. I probably bought them a bit early in terms of age, but I’m sure the kids will master them eventually.
