Customer Reviews

“We got this bike for my son’s 8th birthday. He has had it for over a week and he loves it. It was easy to assemble but we were not able to put the training wheels we got separately. We checked before buying it on the Q&A section and it said that training wheels could be use but ours didn’t fit. We even took the bike to a local bike store and they said that the axle was too short for any training wheels. In any case my son was determined to ride it and he did it the very first day, so for us it wasn’t a really bad thing not having the training wheels but if you really need them, then you probably need to look for something that comes with training wheels. The other thing is that the front reflector light broke on the third day when my son tried to lift the bike and the handle bar turned almost all the way to the side and the reflector light scratched the frame and broke. Overall we think it’s a sturdy, good quality bike, serving its purpose and we got it for a good price.”

“So far this review is for assembly and testing only .. the bike has not yet been given as a gift I will update after active use. Bike came mostly assembled which is great … I’m fairly handy and experienced at assembling products . It took me about an hour by myself to fully assemble also in part because I didn’t have the right size wrench or socket somehow the nuts are a size in between on all my tool sets yet it was still easy to do with pliers / adjustable wrench etc . The bike looks fantastic and has that “BMX” look that kids should really enjoy . Installation included inserting and tightening the seat , inserting straightening and tightening the handlebars and front tires ( important to spend time here to ensure the tire is balanced , straight and aligned with the handlebars / frame ). Installing the foot pedals was a simple 1 bolt operation. Simple adjustments like tightening reflectors and hand brake position. Installing and tightening the seat ( also important to make sure it’s straight). The tires came completely flat but firmly affixed to the rims . I filled the tires and so far they seem to be holding proper inflation. The rear brake was almost ideal out of the box so a slight tightening was done on the rear brake cable. The front brake cable was too loose to catch the tire , about 5 minutes of tweaking and tightening and the brake now seems to perform as intended . Bike comes with a kickstand and chain guard already installed which both function well . The bike also has a pedal brake. So far so good will update as necessary.”

Essential Factors We Consider

Battery life matters too; aim for at least 1–2 hours of continuous use per charge. Always check if the bike includes safety certifications and whether it has multiple braking systems for added security.

Budget Planning
