Customer Reviews

Customer Review: This is a great scooter with great customer service. I actually was going to return it because I thought it was a bit short (14 years old) but my daughter loved it so well learned how to position her feet just right demonstrating that it actually was perfect. She didn’t want to send it back. The color was perfect it was not so pink that it was annoying to her not neon, not faded, just a perfect color to her. My thought was kids grow fast, I should probably send it back, but it’s still going strong. It’s true to color pretty accurate for size and I love the way it hooks up just like in the picture to carry. It steers very well. If your child is on the smaller side of 14 (as mine is) I would say you can still get it…if they are a little taller or their feet are more size 7 and up (adult size shoe) it might be a little bit difficult to utilize. Before I got this, there was a larger boy in a video that really made me feel like the scooter was longer than it actually is; I won’t say that was false advertising because of course it came from a customer so it was real. I think he’s using it in the way that it works for him (even though he might be a little larger than the recommended size & a little older than the recommended age) the same way my daughter is. It’s not that hard for them to learn how to angle it and use it well. I would say typical age range of this would be about 6 to 12; 14–16 if your child is more like under 4 foot 11 has smaller feet as I said above. Overall she loves it. Again about the customer service: I contacted them after I had been in the hospital and it was very near the deadline or just past the return deadline and they were willing to work with me on a return and so I think that’s just excellent customer service. Nowadays people are just like ‘you’re stuck it’s on you’ and that’s not what I got. So great Customer Service that actually turned out not to be needed. Try it out, it’s a good bit of fun, and isn’t it so much better to have kids having a blast outside in the fresh air then sitting down in the house? Enjoy! (^.^).

Customer Review: This review is about 2 things. First, the scooter is great and our daughter loves it. Perfect for her age and size. Second, great customer service! I sent an email to the address on a card they include in the box after my daughter’s kickstand snapped. Was pretty disappointed after only a couple weeks of use. Pleasantly surprised when they got back to me the same day. Not only that, but with a resolution. Sent me a new kickstand assembly (all the way from China i believe) and i received it with 10 days. Easy to swap out. Customer service is not a strong point for most companies these days. Very impressed with theirs.

Customer Reviews

Customer Review: My daughter absolutely loves this scooter. Big upgrade from the smaller one. She flies on this thing! I skateboard with her and am pretty good and I can’t keep up if I tried. She has to slow down just to let me hang with! Quality seems top notch, it was easy to assemble and the scooter seems strong. I’m sure it will last a long time. The bigger wheels also make it smoother over bumpy services which is really nice compared to the smaller version. I like this design much better and it should fit her as she gets older since the older one was too small for her. Price also seemed really reasonable compared to other options! Really happy with this one!

Customer Review: The Razor A5 Lux Kick Scooter is fantastic! The 8” urethane wheels provide a smooth, stable ride on different surfaces, making it great for both beginners and more experienced riders. The anodized finish with bold colors and graphics looks super cool and holds up well against scratches. It’s sturdy enough to support riders up to 220 lbs, so it’s perfect for kids 8 and up—and even teens can enjoy it. The adjustable handlebars make it easy to customize for a comfortable ride, and the foldable design makes it convenient to carry and store. Overall, this scooter offers great value, quality, and style. Highly recommend for active kids who love to scoot around!

Essential Factors We Consider

When looking for the best e scooter for a 10-year-old, several key factors come into play. Safety is paramount, so we always check for reliable braking systems, sturdy construction, and appropriate speed limitations. Ease of use is also crucial; a scooter that’s intuitive to steer and control will boost a child’s confidence. We also consider adjustability, as kids grow quickly, and a scooter with adjustable handlebars can last longer. Finally, durability and rider weight capacity ensure the scooter can handle everyday use and is suitable for the child’s size and weight. Budget Planning

Scooters for 10-year-olds can range from very affordable basic models to more feature-rich options. Generally, you can expect to spend anywhere from $50 to $150 for a good quality kick scooter suitable for this age group. More premium models with advanced suspension or unique features might cost a bit more. It’s important to balance your budget with the features that matter most for your child’s safety and enjoyment. Remember that sometimes investing a little more upfront can lead to a more durable product that lasts longer, offering better value over time, similar to how one might consider the best budget mountain bike for beginners.
