Customer Reviews
Customer Review: “Perfect bike for My 7 year old and me.. easy to put together, clear instructions… I suggest getting a pedal wrench ( the one that comes with the bike is good, but to short)… All I needed was a little bit of grease on the pedal screw and seat post (saw it on a YouTube video for this bike)…. Highly recommend it… I’m definitely ordering another one soon!”
Customer Review: “Got the Naruto 20 inch black, with orange accents, version. Currently here on Amazon the only version of the Elite Stealth at only $175. At the time of this review they have 6 left, just grab one. Bike was as expected for assembly. If you’ve ever put together a BMX bike before you already know what to expect here and this is no different. It does come with a few tools, including a multi sized wrench that’s great for putting on pedals. Only tool not included is if you want to use the included reflectors, which you’ll need a philips head screwdriver for. It is interesting, a bit, that it comes with handlebar & top tube vinyl pads, like some old school BMX bikes often times did. Brakes needed adjusting a bit. To give real stopping power and mainly because the tire was rubbing against the clamp portion/part. The look is clearly a matter of opinion. If you’re into or can tolerate Naruto you’ll be happy with the look. But that’s not what an Elite BMX bike is really about. It’s about affordable quality. Which this is. Already hit a local spot that’s a combo skate & BMX park. It definitely holds up well. It could be better if it were a chromoly frame, high ten steel here, which would obviously make it more durable and lighter. But accepting it as a budget yet decent quality BMX bike it hits all the right notes. Easy to recommend, just get the black Naruto version while they’re still available and pocket around a hundred bucks.”

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: “Purchased this bike as a gift for Mothers Day and she loves it. I’m always skeptical when buying something online for this price without seeing the product in person first, but I’m definitely not disappointed with this product from SIXTHREEZERO. It was shipped in one box and easy to put together. The Assembly guide was a nice book with detailed instructions that were easy to understand and colored pictures to help. I should have taken a picture of how the bike was packaged in the box, but for the most part it was pre-assembled and well protected with packing to protect it during transit. The only assembly needed was to install the front wheel, handle bar, foot pegs, seat and cargo rack. It came with all the tools needed, but I ended up using my own since they were more convenient and durable. The multi-use wrench that is provided will work if you don’t have your own, but when I wanted to really tighten down on a connection it was a little awkward to use. I was able to do the assembly by myself and just needed a little assistance from my wife when making the adjustment of the seat and handlebar height to her liking. The whole assembly took less than an hour. Once assembled my wife loved the ride and comfort of the seat. The handle bars are wide and spread apart perfectly to allow control and stearing of the bike. The seat has springs under it to absorb the shock from bumps on the road which is nice. I’m somewhat jealous and considering replacing my mountain bike with the mens version of this bike. If you’re on the fence about purchasing, don’t be. You won’t regret it.”
Customer Review: ‘I love my new bike! I love everything about it! The first thought I had when I rode it was- this is the smoothest ride I have ever been on, it rides like butter- if that could be a thing. I bought the coral bike through Amazon, it was delivered a day early. The coral color is just gorgeous, so fun. My husband, who is very handy, put it together with his own tools in less then 20 minutes, he says 10 minutes. It came super well wrapped up and protected. The two most important things I was looking for were a comfortable seat and if I could ride up the small hills by my house. Boom and boom! The seat is super comfortable, no more uncomfortable seats that torture your bottom. I was able to easily ride up the hills around the area. I bought the 7 speed bike, which fit my needs perfectly. I feel like a 10 year old again even though I am 46. I haven’t really “worked out” in a long time, and am carrying a few extra pounds at the moment. This bike is awesome for anyone, any age, athletic or not. I bought this to keep up with my kids and explore with them. My teenage son tried it out too, and loved it, as did my husband. I am thinking we have a few more Sixthreezero purchases in our future. Thanks for making such a well made, easy to ride, ENJOYABLE and beautiful bike. It has already brought me such joy!’

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: “I wanted to update my review, since I’ve now had my Loop for over a year. This is a fantastic, tough little bike. I live in Boston and was able to ride it through most of the winter. It has issues with slipping on ice which is a matter of physics and not the bike’s fault. Over the last month it stopped shifting gears. I got a YouTube video showing how to fix it, but we didn’t even need to go through the whole video – the cable had popped out of its housing and that was the whole problem. My fiance got it back where it was supposed to go, we did a little bit of tuning, and now its humming along like new. I didn’t bother changing the saddle, as I was afraid a bigger saddle would affect the folding. At first, the saddle was murder, but I got used to it pretty quickly. I wouldn’t go for a really long ride on it, but for short trips around it’s perfect. I don’t use the bag it came in and I wouldn’t be able to carry it around in its bag as it’s too heavy for me. However, it’s perfect for folding up in my trunk. I can also bring it into my office and stick it under my desk if I need to. One issue I have is the rack. It’s too think to hold most bike panniers or saddle bags. I found a good bag that sits on top and velcros to the rack, but I’d like a pannier that I could just pop on. Instead, I have to really lash my pannier to the bike, which is a pain. Original review I ordered this bike to get from my car to my office. I had to start parking further away, so what had been a 12 minute walk became a 20 minute walk. This bike, folded up, fits perfectly in the trunk of my teeny Scion. It takes up almost the whole trunk, but that hasn’t been a problem. I’ve had the bike for about a week, and I’ve gotten VERY good at folding and unfolding – I can put it together or take it apart in about 10 seconds without rushing. The bike itself rides very nicely. The saddle is indeed uncomfortable, as people have mentioned, but if you replaced it with a bigger, more comfortable saddle then the bike wouldn’t fold up as compactly. I might get a softer saddle for longer, leisurely bike rides, but for my quick ride from the car to the office it’s perfectly fine. The gears change very smoothly. The bike feels extremely solid. If I wanted to keep it at my desk instead of outside at a bike rack, I easily could as the photo makes clear. I’m tempted to buy another one for my fiance and maybe my son if they want one!”
Customer Review: ‘My LOOP came extremely well packed and secure. It is a gorgeous bike. I have not seen anything sub par about its construction. I was nervous due to the negative reviews. The manual was easy to follow and practice made folding and unfolding easier! The tires need inflating but that is pretty standard for bikes that are shipped . The weight of the bike seems heavier but it is indeed a sturdy bike not flimsy. The brakes seem tight so I’m going to have the bike adjusted professionally at a bike shop before I actually use it. My friend who bought a $2500 Electric bike had to do the same. I am feeling hopeful and optimistic that this will be a great bike for me. I’m short, 5’1 and of a medium weight and fairly active but being older I researched foldable bikes and due to being short I felt the loop was a great choice for me. I will review this bike again after it’s adjusted and I have used it. I’m keeping the box just in case it needs to be returned. So far it looks like a quality bike and I don’t really see any signs of sloppy workmanship. I will do a follow up review . 4 stars right now until I use it. May 16, 2024 Brought it to a bike shop as the brakes looked like they needed adjusting. Will be spending $90 to have the brakes and speeds adjusted as those are needed. I’m not handy with that stuff and have no idea how to do it but decided it was necessary to have a safe ride. Be aware that this may need to be done if you buy this bike. Will be updating when I finally ride it! May 27, 2024 update – after a $90 level 1 tune up it works great! Very happy with it. I have no reservations about the quality. I really love it. One very annoying thing about this Bike purchase is the fluctuation of price on the various colors on Amazon, you have to watch carefully and buy it at its lowest listed price on Amazon. I paid $412 then saw my white bike for $351 on Amazon now it’s up to $451. Now 6/7/24 absolutely love my loop!!! Important to: watch for the best price on Amazon as the price fluctuates Also before use have it adjusted by a bike shop or someone knowledgeable about bikes THIS BIKE IS SO EASY TO FOLD AND UNFOLD AND IS NOT TOO HEAVY! I’m very happy with it and glad I took a chance on it AUGUST 2024- had to come back and write how happy I am that I bought this bike! It is always in the back of my SUV ready to go! Unfolds in minutes and folds back up in minutes! I absolutely love it’

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: ‘Great bikes, I purchased two for riding with my girlfriend in Colorado. You just have to be a little handy when assembling. The fender brackets were a little tweaked from transport, so I bent them back in position using some tools any handyman would have. Other than that, they are well made and I’m glad I purchased them. Like that they can easily fold and transport in a compact car with gasoline prices as high as they are. Good luck, I would say give it shot, it beats buying a $500.00 bike at local bike shops.’
Customer Review: ‘I haven’t bought a pedal bike in a long time. I am originally from NY but moved to cocoa beach FL and the big thing here is to ride a bike. I live in an apartment with not a ton of room, and the rain here has salt water in it so it can ruin your bike quickly. I also drive a small sedan, so the whole folding mechanic is super nice to have. It’s a great bike to ride through town but long distance and hills definitely not. I like the little rack thing in the back because i can put a tall boy white claw or my mini speaker in it. The style is retro and cool. Awesome bike!’
Complete Buying Guide for Best Cruiser Bikes For Adults
Essential Factors We Consider
When choosing the best cruiser bikes for adults, we look for a few key things. Comfort is paramount, so we prioritize bikes with upright riding positions, comfortable saddles, and ergonomic handlebars. Durability is also crucial; a sturdy frame and reliable components ensure your bike will last. We also consider ease of use – many cruisers are single-speed, making them simple to operate and maintain, perfect for relaxed rides. Finally, style matters! Cruisers are known for their classic aesthetics, so we appreciate bikes that offer that timeless look. For those who need to carry gear, considering compatibility with bike racks or baskets is a plus.
Budget Planning
Cruiser bikes for adults can range in price, but they generally offer excellent value. You can find solid, well-built cruisers starting in the low to mid-hundreds, perfect for casual riders. More premium models might incorporate higher-end components or unique styling, pushing the price slightly higher. When planning your budget, also consider any accessories you might need, such as a helmet, lock, lights, or a rear basket for added convenience. Many folding models, like the Schwinn Loop or Hinge, offer great portability at competitive price points.
Final Thoughts
Ultimately, the best cruiser bike for you depends on your personal preferences and riding style. Whether you’re looking for the ultimate in relaxed comfort, the convenience of a folding design, or a bike that turns heads with its classic style, there’s a cruiser out there that will fit the bill. Remember to consider where you’ll be riding most often and what features are most important to you. Happy cruising!
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the main difference between a cruiser bike and other types of bikes?
A: Cruiser bikes are primarily designed for comfort and relaxed riding. They typically feature an upright riding posture, wide handlebars that sweep back, a comfortable saddle, and often a single-speed drivetrain. Unlike road bikes designed for speed or mountain bikes built for off-road trails, cruisers prioritize a leisurely and enjoyable cycling experience for paved surfaces.
Q: Are cruiser bikes good for hills?
A: Most traditional cruiser bikes are not ideal for steep hills due to their single-speed nature and heavier frames. However, many modern cruisers, like the sixthreezero Around The Block, come with multiple gears (e.g., 7-speed) which can help make moderate inclines more manageable. If you frequently encounter hilly terrain, look for a geared cruiser.
Q: How do I choose the right size cruiser bike?
A: The best way to determine the right size is to check the manufacturer’s sizing chart, which usually correlates bike frame size or wheel size with rider height. For cruisers, comfort is key, so you want to be able to comfortably reach the handlebars and pedals with an upright posture. Many cruiser bikes have a step-through frame design, which makes them accessible for a wide range of riders.
Q: What kind of maintenance do cruiser bikes require?
A: Cruiser bikes are generally low-maintenance, especially single-speed models. Regular checks of tire pressure, brake function, and chain lubrication are recommended. It’s also good practice to keep them clean and protected from the elements, especially if stored outdoors. For geared cruisers, occasional adjustments to the derailleur might be necessary, similar to other multi-gear bicycles.
Q: Can I use a cruiser bike for long-distance touring?
A: While cruiser bikes are incredibly comfortable for short to medium rides, they are typically not the best choice for long-distance touring. Bikes designed for touring, like some mountain bikes or dedicated touring bikes, offer better efficiency, multiple gear options, and mounting points for extensive gear, which are essential for covering long distances.
Finding the perfect cruiser bike for adults can significantly enhance your cycling enjoyment. Whether you prioritize classic style, ultimate comfort, or the convenience of a folding design, the bikes we’ve reviewed offer excellent options. Each model brings its own unique strengths to the table, ensuring there’s a cruiser for every rider.
