Customer Reviews
Customer Review: The kiddos love these! Super smooth ride, love the options for the lights, and will absolutely grow with them!
Customer Review: I like the build quality of these scooters (I bought two for my 3 and 5-year-olds). They haven’t learned to balance themselves very well, and they still prefer their 3-wheeled scooters more. The light-up wheels have made them very happy. I don’t know if the lights on one of them already broken or the batteries are dead. I’ll need to check that. If they broke, well… that’s a quality problem. If the battery is dead, I can deal with that. I was able to assemble both of them quickly. The fold-up feature makes them easier to carry. I probably bought them a bit early in terms of age, but I’m sure the kids will master them eventually.

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: This is a great scooter with great customer service. I actually was going to return it because I thought it was a bit short (14 years old) but my daughter loved it so well learned how to position her feet just right demonstrating that it actually was perfect. She didn’t want to send it back. The color was perfect it was not so pink that it was annoying to her not neon, not faded, just a perfect color to her. My thought was kids grow fast, I should probably send it back, but it’s still going strong. It’s true to color pretty accurate for size and I love the way it hooks up just like in the picture to carry. It steers very well. If your child is on the smaller side of 14 (as mine is) I would say you can still get it…if they are a little taller or their feet are more size 7 and up (adult size shoe) it might be a little bit difficult to utilize. Before I got this, there was a larger boy in a video that really made me feel like the scooter was longer than it actually is; I won’t say that was false advertising because of course it came from a customer so it was real. I think he’s using it in the way that it works for him (even though he might be a little larger than the recommended size & a little older than the recommended age) the same way my daughter is. It’s not that hard for them to learn how to angle it and use it well. I would say typical age range of this would be about 6 to 12; 14–16 if your child is more like under 4 foot 11 has smaller feet as I said above. Overall she loves it. Again about the customer service: I contacted them after I had been in the hospital and it was very near the deadline or just past the return deadline and they were willing to work with me on a return and so I think that’s just excellent customer service. Nowadays people are just like ‘you’re stuck it’s on you’ and that’s not what I got. So great Customer Service that actually turned out not to be needed. Try it out, it’s a good bit of fun, and isn’t it so much better to have kids having a blast outside in the fresh air then sitting down in the house? Enjoy! (^.^)
Customer Review: This review is about 2 things. First, the scooter is great and our daughter loves it. Perfect for her age and size. Second, great customer service! I sent an email to the address on a card they include in the box after my daughter’s kickstand snapped. Was pretty disappointed after only a couple weeks of use. Pleasantly surprised when they got back to me the same day. Not only that, but with a resolution. Sent me a new kickstand assembly (all the way from China i believe) and i received it with 10 days. Easy to swap out. Customer service is not a strong point for most companies these days. Very impressed with theirs.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What is the ideal weight limit for a 7-year-old’s scooter?
A: Most 2-wheel scooters suitable for a 7-year-old have a weight limit of around 100-150 pounds, which is ample for this age group. Always check the manufacturer’s specifications for the most accurate information.
Q: How important are hand brakes on a scooter for a 7-year-old?
A: While many kids’ scooters rely on a rear fender brake, a hand brake can offer more precise control and is often easier for younger riders to use, especially at higher speeds or on slopes. It’s a great safety feature to consider.
Q: My child is transitioning from a 3-wheel scooter. What should I look for?
A: When moving to a 2-wheel scooter, look for models with a lower deck height and wider foot platform, as these offer more stability. Ensure the handlebars are easy to grip and steer. Practice in a safe, open area with supervision is highly recommended.
Q: How do I maintain a child’s scooter?
A: Regular maintenance includes checking tire pressure (if applicable), cleaning the deck and handlebars, and lubricating moving parts like the headset and wheel bearings with the best lubricant for noisy chains (if they develop squeaks). Inspect for any loose bolts or wear and tear regularly.
Q: Are light-up scooters safe?
A: Yes, light-up scooters are generally safe. In fact, the lights can enhance visibility, making your child more noticeable to others, which is a safety benefit, especially during dawn or dusk. Always ensure they are still supervised and aware of their surroundings.
